Drawing inspiration from his heritage, Scott embraced his family’s legacy by attending “Disney University,” perpetuating a lineage of excellence. In the early stages of his career, Scott earned the prestigious title of U.S. Small Business Administration’s Small Business Person of the Year. Presently, he spearheads multiple Habitat-affiliated enterprises, commanding a workforce of over 200 professionals and steering revenues exceeding $150 million. Scott perpetuates three generations of innovative craftsmanship, shaping some of the world’s most iconic experiential landscapes.
Scott Bulloch
Rob Egbert
With an extensive tenure of more than a decade in the real estate sector, Rob Egbert has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to the real estate industry. His industry involvement has encompassed an impressive tally of over $500 million in real estate transactions. Formerly, Rob held a pivotal role as a Managing Director at Sunstone Properties Trust, a vertically integrated entity operating as a developer, operator, and fund manager within real estate investments. Before his pivotal role at Sunstone, Rob’s expertise was honed through his contributions to real estate acquisitions at Sundance Bay. Rob’s educational foundation is grounded in a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.
Travis West
With a career spanning more than 15 years in the construction industry, Travis West has traversed roles ranging from field labor to corporate executive. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance, he has masterfully overseen a remarkable $1.5 billion commercial real estate portfolio. His track record shines with prominent achievements, including spearheading pivotal developments as the Project Manager at Veer Towers within the iconic Las Vegas City Center. This extensive journey underscores his comprehensive grasp of construction dynamics at every level of operation.
Luke Jackson
Inspired by his father’s success as an accomplished ironworker and construction businessman, Luke decided at an early age to follow in his father’s footsteps and pursue a career in commercial construction. Luke was recruited by McCarthy Building Companies and worked on some of the firm’s highest profile projects. Luke’s training and experience earned him a position at Las Vegas Sands Corporation for the construction of the $4 billion-dollar mega-project, “The Palazzo.” Luke left the Palazzo in 2010 to work with Forté Specialty Contractors as a Project Manager. Now as COO, delivering revolutionary innovations to clients is his core competency. He has a consistent record of positioning Forte for success, opening new revenue streams, and building highly accomplished teams that demonstrate a profound dedication to operational excellence. Luke holds a B.S. with high honors in construction management from Boise State and interned at NASA as a project engineer.

Graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Management, Tyler has consistently demonstrated his dedication to excellence. He has held key leadership positions, including Vice President of Marketing at Corcoran Global Living, where he oversaw marketing strategies for 350+ real estate agents and expanded the brand’s presence in multiple regions. His expertise spans digital content creation, social media, SEO, and event sponsorship, making him a driving force in growing luxury real estate brands. Known for his attention to detail and ability to nurture teams, Tyler is a respected leader who consistently delivers high-quality marketing initiatives that elevate both brands and people.
